As with most businesses, at Webster we've made changes to how we do business and interact with our customers.
We've shifted most of our design consultation meetings to phone and/or virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
If you require an in-person meeting, we require our staff and anyone present in your office or facility during the meeting show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and wear face coverings at all times during the meeting (inculding those who are fully vaccinated).
If you cannot or do not wish to join us in the effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 and keep our employees safe, we invite you to meet with us virtually or select a different provider for your digital and print marketing needs.
At Webster, we partner with a number of vendors to produce and ship physical marketing materials like business cards, cookies, merchandise, etc. Many if not all of these vendors are experiencing delays with production time, shipping, or both due to the decrease in available staff. We cannot guarantee the requested or quoted delivery date as a result of third-party delays, but we'll make every effort to do so.
Similarly, we partner with GoDaddy, Inc for digital services like domain registrations, website builder and hosting, email, etc. While you will continue to have access to 24/7 customer service, you will likely experience longer than normal hold times.
